Carla is one of our Senior Recruitment Consultants as well as our Sales Manager. Joining KPJ Group at the start of 2017, she came with four years recruitment experience having worked for corporate companies in both Cambridge and London. She is highly experienced in the placement of office professionals and has supported a diverse range of companies within the manufacturing and industrial sectors too, ensuring large volumes of industrial labour are supplied at short notice.

Carla’s enthusiastic and passionate approach has made her stand out amongst her peers, naturally progressing into leading our commercial and industrial divisions, ensuring that both herself and the team are always embodying our company values. Outgoing and personable, Carla is refreshing to work with, and her ability to motivate and drive a team has been paramount to the recent and continued growth of the business.
