As our dedicated Recruitment Resourcer, Meg decided that recruitment was the industry for her as she loves interacting with new people and finds the process of assisting candidates’ into new jobs extremely rewarding. She brings a great energy to the office and her enthusiasm to get the job done makes her a pleasure to work alongside, as well as keeping morale high!
Meg’s heavy customer service background has been particularly useful in building solid relationships with our candidates’, with a significant number of her talent pool coming through networking, word of mouth, and referrals. This often gives her access to people who are not available on the open market which enables us to react quickly to the needs of our clients.
Some fun facts about Meg: she has a Beagle called Reggie, her first job was a party planner, and she’s even made an appearance on Judge Rinder!
