An opportunity has become available for an Administrator to join a specialist manufacturer located outside of Whaley Bridge, High Peak. The company have been established for over sixty years and supply bespoke manufacturing solutions to companies across the globe.

The successful Administrator will be joining the company to support a senior member of the team with general administration and account duties.

What is on offer?

  • £9.00 – £11.00 per hour
  • 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (38-hour hours per week)
  • Early finish on Friday
  • Open to flexible hours or even reducing to 30 hours
  • Free onsite parking

What will you be doing as an Administrator?

  • Processing invoices and data input
  • Inputting payroll hours e.g. holidays
  • Sharing and updating records using Microsoft Excel
  • Sales and purchase ledger
  • General administration as required to support the Director

What will you need?

  • Most recent experience as an Administrator or similar
  • The ability to work in a role which requires you use your own initiative
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Confident with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft packages
  • Task driven and able to be self-sufficient in problem solving
