Are you an experienced Administrator and have excellent organisation skills?

We’re hiring for an Administrator to join a growing construction company based in Glossop. Established for more than twenty years, they provide expert services on specialise projects within the care, retail, leisure, hospitality and pharmaceutical industries and have been recognised within their field for executing complex projects.

You will be working in modern offices in Glossop, working for a ‘hands on’ Managing Director within a fun but hard-working team.

What’s on offer?

  • £18,000 – £20,000 per annum
  • End of year profit share
  • Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm

What will you be doing as Administrator?

  • Responsible for incoming enquires from clients over the phone and via email
  • Liaising between departments and supporting senior members of the team with general administration
  • Process invoices and chasing relevant paperwork from contacts and suppliers to ensure projects are met in a timely matter
  • Organising and arranging travel arrangements
  • Taking enquires from employees who are onsite and assist them with any support they require from the Head Office


What do you need?

  • A minimum of one year’s experience working as an Administrator or similar
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft packages, especially Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
