Administrator

We’re hiring for an Administrator to join the North West team of a successful property management company based in Stockport. Established for over five years, they have been widely recognised for their achievements including securing several multi-million-pound sites and being listed on the London Stock Exchange. With around 100 sites across England and offices in London & Stockport, they are on track to become one of the leading property management companies in the UK.

 

The role is very customer focused and plays an integral part of the leasing journey for prospective customers by delivering a seamless experience from the agreement of terms to being able to access their new space. With this being a brand-new role within the organisation, it provides prospects for it to be varied and rewarding.

• £22,000 per annum + performance bonus
• Working hours are 08:30 to 17:30 Monday-Friday

What will you be doing as an Administrator?

• Helping to administer and conclude new lease contracts, assisting new customer set-up and delivering aftercare support
• Supporting the Asset Managements and Customer Service Managers with all customer administration
• Ensuring all documents are processed and signed correctly
• Keeping customers records updated ensuring all administration duties are carried out to highest standard

 

What do you need?

• Strong IT skills in particular with Microsoft packages and CRM systems
• Previous and recent experience within Administration
• Experience producing contracts, terms & agreements
• Very strong attention to detail
• Good organisational skills, with good time management and an ability to prioritise work loads

 

What’s nice to have?

• Experience using transaction platforms such as DocuSign
• An understanding of the letting of commercial/residential properties
