We’re hiring for an Administrator to join a leading global manufacturer based in Macclesfield.  You’ll be working as part of a supportive and dynamic office team providing administrative support to senior members of the team.

What will you be doing as an Administrator?

  • Assisting the office team with processing orders / invoices
  • Dealing with email enquiries and responding promptly and professionally
  • Chasing purchase order numbers from the dispatch team
  • Supporting the sales team with day-to-day general administration
  • Occasionally supporting the warehouse team when required
  • Raising processes order numbers

What do you need?

  • A minimum of 2 years administration experience
  • Competent in the use of Excel and Sage
  • Excellent organisational skills, proactive, and forward-thinking approach


What’s nice to have?

  • Valid UK driving licence
  • Previous experience creating order spread sheets and use of excel formulas
