Are you immediately available and have excellent customer service skills?

An opportunity has become available for a Customer Care Advisor to join a non-profit organisation working in their customer service department which supports their HR and Finance divisions. This is for an immediate start to cover a period of absence.

About the company:

  • National non-profit organisation
  • Stockport City Centre (5-min walk from Bus & Train station)
  • Modern open plan offices
  • 37.5 hours per week – 9am – 5pm (Mon to Friday)


What will you be doing as a Customer Care Advisor?

  • Acting as a first point of contact for payroll and HR queries for employees that call into the office from across the UK
  • Providing excellent customer service to internal employees
  • Liaising with departments, answering any queries and solving issues in a timely manner


What do you need?

  • Previous experience working in a customer service environment; ideally dealing with high volume calls
  • Must work well under pressure and be well organised
