£20,000 - £22,000 per annum

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Customer Support Administrator to join a specialist manufacturer based in the High Peak. You will be joining a highly skilled team who develop specialist products which are used with the construction sector. This is a brand new role within the company due to continued growth and an increased workload. You will be reporting into the Sales Director and liaising between the technical and customer service departments whilst supporting a team of Business Development Managers.

What will you be doing as a Customer Support Administrator?

  • Receiving and managing incoming quotes from current clients
  • Dealing with incoming enquiries from the website
  • Being the first point of contact for incoming enquiries, assisting with advising on the service before passing to management
  • Ensuring the CRM system has all correct information for new quotes or orders
  • Managing the Business Development Manager’s diaries and supporting them with meetings and site visits

What do you need?

  • Previous experience working as a Sales Administrator, Sales Coordinator, Account Support or a similar role
  • Previous experience within administration and customer service
  • Knowledge and Experience with SAGE
  • Strong experience with Microsoft packages
  • The ability to demonstrate good communication skills in order to liaise with customers and suppliers.
