Industrial Cleaner

We’re hiring for an Industrial Cleaner to join a large manufacturer based in Glossop to assist with maintaining the cleanliness of the production area. Joining a friendly team with supportive management, they are looking for a meticulous Cleaner to carry out routine cleans on production equipment and throughout the factory.

What’s on offer?

• £9.61 per hour
• Monday – Thursday 7:30am – 4:30pm / 1:30pm finish on Fridays
• Weekly pay and holiday pay
• Immediate start
• Free onsite parking

What will you be doing as an Industrial Cleaner?

• Cleaning the factory and all the machinery to a high standard
• Working to the hygiene cleaning schedule plan, cleaning large-scaled production equipment using both mechanical and electrical tools
• Dismantling production equipment in line with the hygiene rota, hand sanitising and using cleaning chemicals and other equipment before reassembling the equipment
• Ensuring all records are kept up to date for the cleaning routine

What do you need?

• Previous industrial cleaning experience preferred
• Physical fitness is essential and the ability to carry out repetitive manual tasks
• Reliability, punctuality, and good attention to detail
• The ability to work well both independently and with others
• Comfortable working in a factory environment and using cleaning chemicals
