We’re hiring for a Logistics Administrator to join a global distribution leader at their modern site in Stockport.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of goods across the UK and Europe, liaising with third-party warehouses, and managing compliance with import and export regulations.

What will you be doing as a Logistics Administrator?
- Assisting with import and export documentation, including customs clearances
- Coordinating the movement of goods from third-party warehouses
- Managing compliance with shipping regulations and record-keeping
- Raising invoices, customer orders, delivery notes, and certificates of analysis
- Collaborating with suppliers and customers to ensure timely deliveries
- Overseeing stock management and general administrative duties
- Booking transport and ensuring all deliveries are pre-arranged with customers
- Liaising with team members across sales, purchasing, and logistics to meet deadlines effectively
What do you need?
- Experience in logistics across air, sea, and road (UK/EU movements)
- Strong knowledge of imports/exports
- Excellent communication, organisational, and writing skills
