We’re hiring for a Machine Operative to join a well-established family business based in Reddish. Operating from their distribution centre in Stockport, they supply a wide variety of tools, vales, and fittings to a vast array of industries across the UK.
This is an ongoing contract which is non-physical and would suit someone immediately available who is local to the Reddish area.

- £8.91 per hour
- 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Monday to Friday
- Immediate start
- Free on-site parking
What will you be doing as a Machine Operator?
- Operating one machine throughout the factory
- Feeding light metal tubes into machinery to be cut to size
- Ensuring products are cut down accurately, neatly and in a timely manner
- Able to potentially work on several machines if required
What do you need?
- Experience working within a workshop / production environment would be preferred
- Good punctuality, reliability, and a willingness to learn
- Any experience operating machinery would be an advantage
- Immediate availability
