Would you like to join a growing family run company who are investing heavily in their marketing budget and new systems?

An opportunity has become available for a Marketing Manager to join a successful family run company based in the High Peak. You will be part of the Sales and Administration department which is responsible for processing and assisting customers on their orders.

The company supply products to a variety of industries including manufacturing, food, pharmaceutical, industrial and the environmental sector. They have been established for more than twenty years and are looking for an experienced Manager to help assist them with their continued growth.

What’s on offer?

  • £25,000 – £35,000 per annum DOE
  • Hours: 8:30 am – 5:15 pm Monday – Friday
  • Free onsite parking

 

What will you be doing as a Marketing Manager?

  • Liaising with the Sales Manager, Warehouse Manager and Managing Director daily to ensure the business is running efficiently and effectively across all departments
  • Managing the company marketing budget
  • Planning and implementing the company’s marketing strategy for seasonal offers
  • Responsible for the company’s social media platforms as well as Google and Bing Ad campaigns
  • Responding to customer requests from the company website and social media platforms
  • Documenting and producing KPI reports and presenting to Senior Management
  • Responsible for company’s health and safety policies
  • Providing support to the sales administration team on customer enquiries and orders

 

What do you need?

  • Excellent customer service experience, preferably at a senior level so you can advise and guide a team of Sales Administrators
  • Experience managing a marketing budget
  • The ability to plan and execute email marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge and experience on Sage software
  • The ability to maintain and monitor the company website, social media and Google accounts

 

Desirable:

  • Experience managing Google or Bing Ads
  • Previously worked within the distribution or packaging sector

The company have recently expanded due to ongoing success and now have a new warehouse unit to enable them to hold more stock due to an increase in demand for their services. This is an extremely varied position and you will be responsible for the day to day running of the company office.
