A successful and reputable Insurance Broker are looking to expand into the Mortgage Industry as part of its growth plans. They are hiring for CeMAP qualified Mortgage Advisors to join their busy team on a permanent basis in Bury.

• £30,000 per annum + OTE £45K-£50K

What will you be doing as a Mortgage Advisor?

• Advising new and existing customers on mortgage matters and discussing different lending options
• Following up on warm leads daily and keeping a watchful eye on an organised pipeline
• Closing the mortgage deal at the earliest opportunity to maximise earning potential
• Using your experience to input your opinions and idea’s on how the department should be run and how the team can grow moving forward

What will you need to succeed in this role?

• CeMap qualified
• At least 2 years’ experience in mortgage advising
