Do you have knowledge of accountancy software and would be interested in a part-time, flexible office role within a small family run firm?

Based just off the M60 in Audenshaw, this family run manufacturer are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join them on a part-time basis. The company have been established for more than twenty years and have recently been steadily growing via “word of mouth” and they have a great reputation in their industry. Due to some new changes, they are now looking to expand and upgrade certain areas of the business to assist them with their growth.

What you will be doing as Accounts Administrator?

  • Raising and generating invoices
  • Responsible for processing customers enquiries and recording the notes
  • Arranging and recording deliveries
  • Processing invoices and generating reports using Xero Accounting Software
  • Looking after all office administration due to this being a “stand alone” role
  • Processing VAT returns
  • Credit control / chasing payments

What do you need?

  • Previous experience within a Finance or Accounts Administrator position
  • Confidence with accountancy software, ideally Xero, Sage, QuickBooks or similar
  • Experience working for a small company or in a sole position
  • Flexibility to multitask between different tasks
  • Previous experience processing VAT returns
