We’re hiring for a Part-time Administrator to join a leading manufacturer based in Buxton, High Peak. With several sites across the globe and a consolidated turnover of more than £2 billion, you’ll be joining a fast-growing, thriving company with big ambitions.

You’ll be working as part of a supportive and dynamic office team; your role will involve providing administrative support to senior members of the team across three/four days per week. This role has the potential to be permanent for the right individual.

What will you be doing as an Administrator?

  • Assisting the office team with processing orders / invoices
  • Liaising with customers over the phone and providing excellent customer service
  • Dealing with email enquiries and responding promptly and professionally
  • Chasing purchase order numbers from the dispatch team
  • Supporting the sales team with day-to-day general administration
  • Occasionally supporting the warehouse team when required
  • Raising processes order numbers

What do you need?

  • Good Microsoft Office knowledge, especially Excel
  • Excellent organisational skills, proactive and forward-thinking approach
