An opportunity has become available for a Production Assembler to join a specialist manufacturer based in Congleton, Cheshire. Following major exciting changes within the business, their mission is to continue growing profitability with their customers by producing and developing bespoke quality products.

What will you be doing as a Production Assembler?
- Working with an electrical production environment operating injection moulding machines
- Using hand tools to complete basic wiring of plugs and cables
- Packing and labelling products and other general warehouse duties
- Working efficiently and effectively by following compliance and H&S at all times
What do you need?
- Previous experience within a production environment
- Experience with electrical assembly (desired)
- The ability to work within a team and individually
- KPI driven with a good work ethic

In my opinion the KPJ Group is a unique group of people. I would like to mention one person, Kirsty Willocks. Kirsty is one of the consultants working at the KPJ Group in Glossop. I had a serious problem finding a job near my home, as well as bad experience with many recruiting agencies, that did not pay on time or found work far from my home or promised work and then called at the last minute and cancelled shift. I don't own a car and that's why I was looking for a job closer to my home and family. I must say that I was extremely lucky to meet Kirsty, who helped me find a job within a few days, 15 minutes on foot from home, as well as work in a company where people respects people and the atmosphere in this company is fantastic. Kirsty is a sincerely committed consultant and approaches the problem with full responsibility. In conversation with me, she was helpful, enthusiastic and very motivated to solve the problem of finding a job for me. I also have no problem calling the office to ask about something. All information or advice is presented very precisely. Also in my case, everything lasted only four days. On the first day, meeting and registration at the KPJ office in Glossop, and on the fourth day I went to work, WOW !!!, exactly the kind of work I was thinking about. Therefore, once again with full responsibility, I would like to recommend Kirsty and KPJ Group to everyone. From my experience, greediest agency ever. They took £23.00 from me for making out one pay slip. They took £19.00 from me for 'work finding commission', which I never agreed to, and in fact I never commissioned them to do anything. They just want to take as much from you as possible.
