Production Assembler

We’re hiring for a Production Assembler to join a leading global manufacturer based in Macclesfield.  You’ll be working as part of the production team where you’ll be responsible for assembling parts competently and to a high standard.

What’s on offer?

• £20,000 – £21,000 per annum
• Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
• Overtime opportunities available
• 28 days holiday
• Free onsite parking

What will you be doing as a Production Assembler?

• Working to production schedules, gluing, and assembling parts using efficient assembling techniques
• Assisting with the control of materials within the workshop
• Working effectively as part of the assembly team, assisting trainees and new starters once fully trained

What do you need?

• Previous experience in a production / assembly environment
• Good hand eye coordination
• Reliability, punctuality, and good attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and a knowledge of simple hand tools
