Production Operative

We’re hiring for a Production Operative with a well-established manufacturer at their site in Bury.

In this role, you will focus on the efficient operation of machinery and handling of materials while adhering to safety standards

What’s on offer?

• £11.73 per hour (rising after probationary period)
• Monday – Friday 6:00am – 2:00pm / Monday – Thursday 2:00pm – 12:00am
• 19 days holiday (excluding bank holidays)
• Overtime available (paid at enhanced rate)
• Performance related bonus scheme
• Christmas shutdown

What will you be doing as a Production Operative?

• Operating roto moulding machinery
• Lifting raw materials into tool
• Removing finished products
• Adhering to health and safety protocols

What do you need?

• Experience in a similar role
• The ability to carry out physically tasking jobs
• A basic understanding of correct health and safety practices
