We’re hiring for a Production Team Leader to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Glossop.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment who’s confident managing people and processes alike.
What’s on offer?
- £28,000 per year
- Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm
- 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays)
- Overtime available (paid at enhanced rate)
What will you be doing as a Production Team Leader?
- Overseeing day-to-day production operations on the shop floor
- Motivating and managing a team to meet daily and weekly output targets
- Monitoring quality and ensuring products meet required standards
- Working closely with other departments to resolve production issues and streamline workflow
- Supporting continuous improvement and maintaining a safe working environment
What do you need?
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Availability to work weekend where required (desirable)
