We’re hiring for a Project Administrator to join a well-established manufacturing business in Bredbury.
This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth coordination of customer projects, from processing job packs to liaising with multiple departments to meet deadlines.
What’s on offer?
- £13.50 per hour
- Monday – Friday 7:30am – 4:00pm (early finish on Fridays)
- 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays)

What will you be doing as a Project Administrator?
- Coordinating all correspondence, including emails, post, and customer calls, and passing messages to relevant colleagues
- Maintaining organised filing systems for job packs, ensuring accurate records of purchase orders, delivery notes, and sales invoices
- Generating work orders from sales quotes on SAP
- Liaising with the sales team to resolve variations between quotations and job details
- Collaborating with designers and technicians to update sales trackers with job statuses, subcontract costs, and completion dates for invoicing
- Assisting operations, administration, and sales teams to coordinate daily activities and meet deadlines
- Following up with customers for purchase orders and booking transport with carriers
What do you need?
- Previous admin experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft office programmes
- Previous SAP experience
