Are you immediately available for a temporary, ongoing contract as a Receptionist?

An opportunity has become available for an experienced Receptionist to join a non-profit organisation based in Stockport City Centre on a temporary, ongoing basis.

The organisation support disabled and vulnerable individuals with home care. Due to recent events surrounding COVID-19 the organisation will be continuing its support due to being key workers. The increase in workload has resulted in additional support for the companies Head Office reception desk.

What’s on offer?

  • £8.80 p/h
  • Immediate start – temporary contract
  • 5 hours per week – Monday to Friday
  • National non-profit organisation
  • Stockport City Centre (5-min walk from Bus & Train station)
  • Modern open plan offices

 

What will you be doing as a Receptionist?

  • Answering incoming calls and forwarding on to relevant departments
  • Acting as the first point of contact for any incoming enquiries
  • Responsible for maintaining the appearance of the reception desk
  • Connecting both external and internal calls
  • General administration duties as and when required

What do you need?

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist, Administrator or similar
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Confident and professional
