Sales Administrator

We’re hiring for a Sales Administrator to join a small successful company based in Bredbury who are looking to add to their team. The company supply high quality luxury products and provide stunning installations which transforms people’s homes.

The Project Managers require additional administration support in order to maintain the excellent level of service that they are well-known for.

What’s on offer?

• £18,000 – £20,000 per annum
• Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 – 5:30

What will you be doing as a Sales Administrator?

• Liaising with key individuals regarding projects including Project Managers, suppliers, customers and onsite members of the team
• Answering incoming telephone enquiries, discussing their requirements and resolving any issues that may arise
• Booking, monitoring and closing jobs on the inhouse database
• Chasing and monitoring delivery notes, generating invoices and chasing payments
• Processing purchase orders and ensuring all information on the system is recorder accurately
• Ensuring required Health & Safety checks are completed

What will you need?

• Most previous experience working as an Administrator or similar
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to take full ownership on projects
• The ability to work on an internal system and demonstrate that in previous roles you followed similar processes
• Experience or knowledge raising and generated invoices
• Excellent customer service skills
