Sales Coordinator

We’re hiring for a Sales Coordinator to join a leading manufacturer based in Buxton, High Peak. With several sites across the globe and a consolidated turnover of more than £2 billion, you’ll be joining a fast-growing, thriving company with big ambitions.

Working within a small team and reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your role will involve providing internal customer account management and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and order fulfilment.

What’s on offer?

• £20,000 – £23,000 per annum
• Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

What will you be doing as a Sales Coordinator?

• Working in tandem with external sales on assigned customer accounts to maximise sales and profitability
• Acting as primary point of contact for customer queries, co-ordinating across internal departments to ensure OTIF is met
• Monitoring and managing the order intake, ensuring customer information is maintained in the Company Management Systems
• Participating in the development of customer account plans and contributing to key customer review meetings
• Actively participating in problem resolution relating to customer claims and service issues

What do you need?

• Experience in a B2B environment
• Advanced Excel skills, preferably knowledge of pivot tables and v lookups
• Problem solving with the ability to ‘think outside the box’
• High degree of professionalism and proactiveness
• Confidence to deal with challenging conversatins with customers
