An opportunity has become available for a Schedule Administrator to join a well-established and recognised company based in High Peak. The company design, manufacture and install high end products to a wide range of customers within the retail sector throughout the UK and Europe.

Established for more than 20 years, they are well-known for their stunning range of bespoke products and are recognised as the leading manufacturer within their sector. Due to ongoing growth and exciting plans for 2022, they are looking to grow their team with an additional administrator who will be responsible for planning and administration tasks, liaising with external teams and maintaining good customer relationships.

  • £24,500 per annum
  • Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • 22 days holiday plus bank holidays

What will you be doing as a Scheduling Administrator?

  • Liaising with production departments and customers, coordinating the orders and managing customer expectations
  • Scheduling orders and dealing with customers regarding incoming and ongoing orders, trying to establish a good relationship by keeping them updated throughout the process
  • Working to a clear structure to efficiently organise and schedule orders
  • Working to internal company templates, ensuring they are completed correctly
  • Liaising with the internal fitting team to schedule customer installations
  • Scheduling orders for manufacturing and installation

What do you need?

  • Planning, coordination, or scheduling background in either the logistics or manufacturing sector
  • Strong customer service experience, especially over the phone
  • Microsoft Excel experience
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to put together plans and then coordinate them across various departments

Reporting into the Head of External Relations, you will be working alongside an additional supportive Planning Administrator, and you’ll be recognised across the company as the ‘go to’ for organising and scheduling customer orders.
