Welder

We’re hiring for a Welder to join a leading engineering firm at their site in Hadfield.

This role involves carrying out high-quality welding work using a variety of techniques, ensuring that components meet strict industry standards.

What’s on offer?

• Up to £18.00 per hour (d.o.e)
• Monday –Friday
• 37.5 hour week
• Overtime available (paid at enhanced rate)
• 24 days holiday (plus bank holidays)

What will you be doing as a Welder?

• Welding using MIG, TIG, and ARC techniques
• Reading technical drawings to ensure accurate production
• Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards
• Conducting inspections and quality checks on welds
• Following health & safety guidelines and company procedures

What do you need?

• Proven experience in welding (MIG/TIG/ARC)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
• Understanding of welding processes and safety procedures
