If my best friends had to describe me, they would describe me as bald. I’m a recent graduate from Sheffield Hallam University in Business & Marketing and moved to KPJ after specialising in the electrical wholesale recruitment sector; since joining I have already established myself as the funniest person in the office. My passion outside of work lies within football. I manage a Sunday league team and would compare myself to Jurgen Klopp in my management style, however I’m better.
With the demand for skilled engineers ever present, it takes persistence and strong foresight to succeed within this sector which is where Josh really comes into his own. His approach to recruitment is always thorough; consistently thinking ‘outside the box’ in order to bridge the gap between employer and employee. His positive attitude, fresh ideas, and methodical approach have all contributed to his accomplishments and he’s helped to embed a sales focused mindset amongst his peers alongside managing some of our biggest accounts.
Coping well under the pressure that this sector can often demand, there’s rarely a time Josh doesn’t carry out a task with enthusiasm; he’s a glass half full kinda guy and if you’re in his company you’re never too far away from some banter. Having Josh as part of the team has been instrumental to our recent growth story and we’re looking forward to watching Josh prosper throughout his career with us.
